Justin Long & John Leguizamo are WALKING WITH DINOSAURS

UPDATE: John Leguizamo may becoming something of a dinosaur expert. In Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs, Leguizamo's character Sid "adopts" dino eggs and the baby dinos that hatch to the wrath of their real dino mom. Now, Leguizamo will voice Alex, an "Alexomis bird." (Anyone ever heard of an Alexomis dinosaur?) Also joining the cast is Justin Long (pictured right, he voices Alvin in the Alvin and the Chipmunks movies) as Patchi, a Pachyrhinosaurus. Tiya Sircar (The Internship, Hotel for Dogs) voices Juniper and Skylar Stone ("Max & Luther") voices Scowler, who round out the Pachyrhinosaurus trio.

Walking with Dinosaurs 3D opens on Dec. 20.

Jan. 28, 2013 - Brit Charlie Rowe (The Golden Compass) will star in Walking with Dinosaurs 3D. The 16-year old will play one of two brothers who set out to follow in their father's footsteps and find themselves in the Arctic facing off with dinosaurs. Arthur Christmas and Mulan helmer Barry Cook will co-direct with UK documentarian Neil Nightingale (The Meerkats).

Nov. 10, 2010 - Whether you're in China or America, kids everywhere will have the chance to see Walking with Dinosaurs 3D, the phenom that is a TV series and event in Britain. The BBC Earth movie version sold to 20th Century Fox in America and other key areas for a high price tag of $65 million. The belief is that it's already made back what it cost to make before a single ticket has been sold.
