We Hit Up the 47th ACM Awards!

The Academy of Country Music Awards celebrated their 47th anniversary this weekend with some fantastic performances and well-deserved wins!
 
Last season, ‘American Idol’ was dominated by country music when Scotty McCreery took home the top spot.  Last night he was honored as Top New Artist, nabbing him yet another win!  Ashton Kutcher, after serenading the nominees, presented Miranda Lambert the Female Vocalist of the Year Award.  Her husband, Blake Shelton, took home the Male Vocalist of the Year.  And the young sweetheart Taylor Swift was presented with the award for Entertainer of the Year!
 
It was a whirlwind of a weekend as Fanlala took Vegas by storm and attending the show!  From Fremont Street performances by Scotty McCreery and Hunter Hayes, to Gloriana and Canaan Smith at the first ever ACM Experience, we were purely entertained!

We were also on-hand for the big show where it started off with a bang with Carrie Underwood’s performance of “Good Girl,” which proved to be a crowd pleaser.

We loved seeing Fanlala faves Scotty McCreery and Taylor Swift take home ACM Awards, and can’t wait until next year!
