Ryan Lochte Headed to 90210

The 2012 Olympic Games may be over, but the hype is far from gone.  What’s in store for your favorite Olympians in the near future?

We got to see Gabby Douglas earlier this week on ‘The Tonight Show,’ and now another one of our fave athletes is getting the star treatment!  Ryan Lochte is in line for a guest spot on 90210!  That’s right - the gold medalist in swimming will be trying his hand at acting, and while he won’t be there for a permanent role, we can’t wait to see what he’s like in front of a different kind of camera.  No pressure, Ryan!

Ryan Lochte did not fail to impress this year in London.  Taking home five medals, including several gold, the swimmer did the US Team proud.  Rumors are also swirling about a reality show following Ryan, and he already has begun training for the 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.  We can’t wait to see what the next four years has in store for the hard-working athlete, and good job in London this year!

We still wonder what would happen if he made the transition into acting.  Do you think Ryan Lochte would make for a good actor?
