A ton of our Fanlala faves will be starring in an upcoming sequel to "Camp Rock". "Camp Rock 2 The Final Jam" is scheduled to premiere in 2010 on Disney Channel. The Jonas Brother, Kevin, Nick and Joe as well as Demi Lovato, Meaghan Martin and Alyson Stoner will bring back their starring roles.
Paul Hoen who directed some awesome Disney Channel movies like "Jump In!" and "The Cheetah Girls One World" is directing the sequel. It will be choreographed by Rosero McCoy of "Step Up" so the dancing is sure to be amazing!! The campers return for another summer of music, but find out that a new music camp has opened across the lake called Camp Star and they have stolen a ton of Camp Rock instructors and campers. Will Camp Rock be able to make it through the summer? There is a battle of the bands when the Camp Star hotshot challenges Camp Rock to see which camp is really more talented. Nate (Nick Jonas) is in trouble when he falls for the daughter of the owner of the rival camp.
Some cool additions to the cast include Matthew "Mdot" Finley as Luke Williams. Mdot an R&B musician who has performed as the opening act for Ciara, Yung Joe, Dem Franchise Boyz, Lil' Romeo and Mos Def, as well as Chole Bridges who is a classical pianist who has done some television work and even a film, "Longshots" with True Jackson's Keke Palmer!!
"Camp Rock 2 The Final Jam" sounds phenomenal!! Could it be even better than the first??? We hope it won't be the final time we hear from all these talented rockers!
