Shake It Up’s Caroline Sunshine and the cast of Lab Rats headed out to the Citadel Outlets in Los Angeles on Saturday (May 12) for a "Radio Disney Live" event giving fans a chance to get up close and personal with their favorite stars, and Fanlala was there for all the fun!
Caroline and the cast of Lab Rats spent the day doing a Q&A session, signing autographs, and taking pictures with all the fans that showed up for the event. We even got to catch up with the stars before the big event!
Caroline has been doing a few "Radio Disney Live" events in different cities and she loves meeting all her fans. “It’s magical experience,” said Caroline. “It’s a good time to just sit and talk about whatever the fans want to talk about and just spend quality time with them.” Aside from playing Tinka on Shake It Up, Caroline has also been working on music. Her song “The Star I R” is featured on the Shake It Up soundtrack and also just premiere on Radio Disney and Caroline will be performing her song live for the first time next week in Dallas, Texas! Although she is enjoying her time off traveling and doing some outdoor activities, Caroline and the rest of the cast will resume filming a new season of Shake It Up this summer!
Kelli Berglund, Spencer Boldman, Billy Unger, and T.J. Williams from Lab Rats couldn’t wait to get out and interact with their fans for the first time together as a cast! With all the special effects on the show, they told us a little bit about their filming process. “The difficult part about it is when you’re doing action or special effects work, it’s less about the acting and more about making sure you hit your marks and your stunt work,” said Spencer. Kelli told us with her character Bree’s super speed power, it takes at least ten takes for just one scene! Since the show is currently on hiatus, the cast told us they’re excited to have the summer off! Billy and T.J. are looking forward to spending time with their friends and family and catching a few summer movies coming out, while Kelli and Spencer are excited to travel!
