New Artist Alert: Carly Rae Jepsen

You may not recognize the name Scooter Braun, but he’s the manager behind some big names like Justin Bieber and Cody Simpson.  Just today it was revealed who has most recently signed with Scooter.
 
In the video below, Justin tells us about the wonderful Carly Rae Jepsen, a Canadian artist who he heard on the radio, and immediately heard a hit.  Carly is no stranger to the spotlight, however.  Right now she’s travelling with the famous pop-rock trio Hanson for the “Shout It Out World Tour”.
 
The Canadian singer took third place in our neighbor to the north’s ‘Canadian Idol’.  Her latest album was just released this week with the title ‘Curiosity’.  The first single from ‘Curiosity’ is named “Call Me Maybe”.  If the manager who signed both Justin and Cody is signing Carly, then we already know there are big things in Carly Rae Jepsen’s future.  Stay tuned with Fanlala for more details on this talented young artist!
