Everyone’s favorite short, yellow minions are back! Miranda Cosgrove and the rest of the cast of "Despicable Me" are back in the recording studio and working hard to release a sequel to the film.
We will be seeing more of Miranda as the oldest orphan, Margo, in the highly anticipated sequel. She tweeted, “First day on Despicable Me 2!!! ;)”
Miranda talked to JSYK about how she feels about being a toon again. She said, "It's fun, you have to put a lot of expression and all this stuff in the character, and I thought it was cool how they actually film you while you're doing it. Then later, they'll put in little things you do, so the character kind of looks like you a little."
Along with "Despicable Me 2" hitting theaters on July 13, 2012, the Despicable Me 3D ride has begun construction in Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida. The attraction is set to opening in 2013, following the brand new film.
