The NBA Finals are over and a new champion is crowned: the Miami Heat. After all of the speculation, doubt, and criticism over the teaming up of Chris Bosh, Lebron James, and Dwayne Wade Miami’s big three finally proved disbelievers wrong and won a championship ring.
In what was one of the most highly anticipated and viewed NBA Finals of the past decade, the Miami Heat pushed past the Oklahoma City Thunder in just 5 games winning 4-1. This will definitively end the controversy that surrounds Lebron James after accomplishing the greatest feat in basketball as an NBA Champion and Finals MVP. Moving forward the next question becomes whether or not this Miami team is simply good or is great and can prove it by winning more titles.
