Jesse McCartney's Voice is Getting "Super" Animated

Every one dreams of being a superhero, and now Jesse McCartney is getting his chance! After working on the “Alvin and the Chipmunks” movies and the “Tinker Bell” series, Jesse McCartney must have found a new passion for voice overs, because he has recently been cast as the voice behind young Robin in the animated series, “Young Justice!”
The new series will follow the young superheros as they face everyday teen problems, while trying to prove themselves to superhero mentors such as Batman and Aquaman. Watch for the series to premiere this Fall on the Cartoon Network!
Not only does Jesse have this awesome new role to be excited about, but he also spent last weekend in Italy at the “Giffoni Experience Film Festival” and took home an award! He’s gotta be extremely proud to be recognized for all the talented work he has done in kid/teen films by one of Europe’s largest events for children and young people!
Also, as if hearing Jesse’s amazing voice behind an animated superhero isn’t enough, his new single, “Up” from the “Step Up 3D” soundtrack is hittin’ shelves tomorrow (July 27), in stores and online! It seems that fans are getting more and more of Jesse these days, and we love it!
