Can we say that we have no problem with all of ‘The Hunger Games’ news pouring in about the future movies?
Philip Seymour Hoffman, an Academy Award winning actor, has been chosen for the role as Plutarch Heavensbee, the Head Gamemaker for The Hunger Games. Actress Jena Malone has also been in talks for Johanna Mason, the female victor of District 7, and one of the youngest tributes for the Quarter Quell. If she agrees to take on the character, both actors will be appearing in ‘The Hunger Games: Catching Fire’ which lands in theaters November 22, 2013.
We’re also excited to announce that, while ‘The Hunger Games’ may be a book trilogy, Mockingjay is going to be so big, they’re splitting it into two movies! That’s right ‘Hunger Games’ fans. Just like the ‘Harry Potter’ and ‘Twilight’ movies, the final installment of ‘The Hunger Games’ will be split into two parts to fit in every little detail. And with a conclusion as epic as this one, we want it to be perfect.
With Comic-Con around the bend, be sure to stay tuned for more ‘Hunger Games’ info as it surfaces, we can’t wait!
