More casting news is in ‘Hunger Games’ fans!  So what better way to deliver the news than by giving you a rundown all of the actors chosen for roles in ‘Catching Fire?’

Several major roles have already been cast, and we know that each actor is going to be able to handle their heavy duty.  Oscar winning actor Philip Seymour Hoffman has been picked to play the Head Gamemaker Plutarch Heavensbee.  The headstrong, cunning Johanna Mason from District 7 will be played by Jena Malone.  Jenna said about the role “I’m super excited.  It’s going to be amazing.”  Finally Amanda Plummer, who we’ve heard in Disney Channel’s ‘Phineas and Ferb’ will be playing Katniss’ ally Wiress.  Some interesting choices that will make for an awesome sequel!

The latest in ‘Hunger Games’ casting news is a big one!  Mags, the 80-year-old tribute, will be played by Lynn Cohen.  The actress has plenty of experience to her name, so we know that she’s the perfect woman to be cast for the role.  ‘Catching Fire’ will drop in theaters November 22, 2013.  In the meantime, stick with Fanlala for all of your HG details!
