Today is Chelsea Staub’s birthday, and she’s turning 21! The JONAS starlet let everyone know how she would be celebrating by posting on her Twitter, “Commence 21st birthday countdown! Road trip begins in less than 24 hours. I need to hydrate.”
Before her birthday celebrations began, Chelsea was spotted at the D23 Expo over the weekend in Anaheim, CA. There, she hung out with her fellow Disney Channel stars, including Tiffany Thornton.
