Gregg Sulkin is Headed Back to Waverly Place

Last month we were excited to announce that ‘Wizards of Waverly Place’ will be making it’s triumphant return to Disney Channel, and we couldn’t be more excited!

With the return of one of Disney Channel’s biggest shows, somehow we knew they would be going all out for it. What does that mean? Well how about the return of some of the show’s biggest characters? It looks like Alex Russo (Selena Gomez) will be heading off on vacation with her werewolf boyfriend Mason Greyback, and that can only mean one thing - the return of Gregg Sulkin!

Gregg tweeted yesterday evening “ANNOUNCEMENT: I'm sure you guys will be happy/excited to know that I have officially signed onto to play the one and only Mr. Mason Greyback again. Wizards Re-Union Movie! Get ready! You guys happy I'm officially back? RT #masongreyback” That’s amazing news! Now we just want to know what role he’ll be playing in getting good and evil Alex back into the same body.

The ‘Wizards of Waverly Place’ special is set to air in early 2013. We’ll have all the deets as Disney Channel rolls them out. Stay tuned!
