Season 5 of Radio Disney’s ‘Next Big Thing’ has been going strong. Our contestants have been getting ready, and now they’re ready for their big debut!
Even if you’re a long-time follower of NBT, there are still plenty of surprises in store for this season. This year, join each contestant as they give us a tour of all the hot spots in their hometowns. And you’ll get to watch throughout the season as each artist works with their celebrity mentors.
Which big name stars will the hopefuls be teaming up with as they perfect their skills? How does Laura Marano and Ross Lynch of Disney Channel’s ‘Austin & Ally’ sound? Add a touch of last year’s winner, Shealeigh to help them out and you’ve got a winning combination! But just to stay safe, we’re practicing our sneers, because Cher Lloyd will also be lending her musical wisdom to each of the stars in the making. How awesome is that?
This season of ‘Next Big Thing’ is going to be so huge, Disney is going to need an entire day to air just the debut! Don’t miss out on the NBT premiere as Radio Disney hypes it up all day on Friday, October 12. Then, that same night, you’ll be able to catch official Disney Channel launch during ‘Girl Vs. Monster,’ which hits the airwaves at 8:00pm ET/PT!
Want a head start on all the NBT excitement? Radio Disney will be premiering each artist's debut single on Monday, September 17. The following week on Tuesday, September 25, each single will be yours to download off of iTunes!
