Summer’s winding down which means the school year is quickly approaching! Fanlala wanted to help hype you guys up for the new school year, so we chatted with some of your fave celebs to get the scoop on their favorite part about back to school!

Jordan Pruitt: “My favorite part was always picking out my outfit! I always loved changing up my look over the years!”
Ariana Grande of “Victorious”: “Going back to school shopping with my mamma... I'm always really excited by highlighters and note pads for some reason!”
Debby Ryan of “The Suite Life On Deck”: “My favorite part is always seeing how much people have changed, gotten to know themselves, and how they're presenting themselves.”
Taylor Spreitler of “Melissa and Joey”: “When I was younger it was opening up that fresh box of crayons!”
Logan Henderson from “Big Time Rush”: “Seeing old friends you didn't see all summer!”

Now that a new season is “Fall”ing upon us, we wanted to know what the stars kept in their backpacks to make it through the day...

Harvey Guillen of “Huge”: “Pens and pencils...lol I know it sounds lame, but I always lose my pencils and pens, so I would have to borrow one in each class and hope I wouldn’t lose that one!”
Logan Miller of “I’m in the Band”: “An iPod for sure, if I didn't have my music I probably couldn't of gotten through the day!”
James Maslow of “Big Time Rush”: “From elementary through middle school I rarely went anywhere without my skateboard. I would probably still skate if I didn't have to drive everywhere in LA!”
Zach Carter: “Gum. Always had to have it, even when it wasn't necessarily allowed!”
