EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW: Wellington

This weekend, IM5 and Bella Thorne performed a live, FREE show at Universal CityWalk in Los Angeles. The music was loud and the crowd was huge!  It was a night that we’ll never forget, and the best part?  We got to chat with all of the performers before the show!

We’ve had the honor of talking with Wellington while they were making their rounds on Camplified, and it was great to catch up with the guys in person!  How have they been doing since our last chat?

Fanlala: What was your favorite part about checking out the various camps and travelling with the various groups on Camplified?

Wellington: The whole idea is you’re going to these camps, there’s this huge audience where nobody knows who you are, so it’s like a completely new fanbase to tap into.  

F: What was the best part about meeting IM5?

W: It’s REALLY cool getting to perform with IM5, they’re like One Direction, they just don’t have accents!  They don’t THINK that they’re five years old, and we haven’t really told them that they’re not five, but they’re an awesome band.  We really should let them know, though.

F: Last we spoke, you told us that you guys were working on your EP.  How has it been coming along since then?

W: We’ve been writing, writing, writing, and after the show we’ll be heading back and just working on it some more.

F: Is there anything else you guys have lined up for your fans in the future?

W: There’s of course the EP in the works right now, and we’d love to tour in the future, so we’re always working on something.  It’s a lot of fun!
