‘The Vineyard’ has been a roller coaster of friendship, drama, rivalries, and so much more! This week, the season finale makes its big premiere, and we couldn’t be more excited!
We wanted to find out as much as possible about the end of ‘The Vineyard,’ so we spoke with Lou D’Agostino, who is no stranger to the east coast and The Vineyard. See what he had to say about the finale, and his relationship with Katie down below!
Fanlala: Can you bring us up to speed with what’s happened on The Vineyard so far?
Lou D’Agostino: It’s been a wild ride since I got on the island. I realized I’d be living and working with ten people I do not know. And there was one that I did know, who was Katie. I realized I had a thing for Katie. There was some drama, and I did get into it with my roommate, but we made amends. I guess we had to realize that we’re living two feet apart in twin beds. There was a lot of drama, but in the end, it’s been a wild ride.
Fanlala: Without giving too much away, what can fans expect between you and Kate in the finale?
LD: We spend some time together. There’s actually this adventure date that I put together, it’s to one of my favorite spots that I’ve never taken a girl to. It was really cool to do. You’ll have to tune in and see what happens. It’s interesting.
F: What did you learn about yourself during the filming of the first season of The Vineyard?
LD: I found out that a lot of people take me as a hopeless romantic. I guess that’s somewhat true. I have to realize that I’m 25. I’m not 18 anymore, I still make mistakes, but I’m learning a lot. Every time you come to the island it’s a place to start fresh. It’s a good experience where you can start anew. I learned a lot about myself. I know what I like and who I like, but I also learned what I don’t like and who I don’t get along with, too.
F: What was your favorite part about shooting on The Vineyard?
LD: One thing I’ve always enjoyed is the location. I’ve always loved it here, and now there’s a nation of people who are getting the experience. There are bonfires and things like that. But It’s not all about partying and going out.
There’s definitely a laid back nighttime atmosphere that I enjoyed very much. It’s a place to see the stars and constellations, and there are SO many beaches to just hang out on.
F: What have you been up to since filming wrapped?
LD: I went on a hiking and camping hiatus after filming. There was also quite a bit of traveling before I went back to work on the island. Now I work for Sean’s dad, which I’m really enjoying.
Lou wanted to say, before the interview was over “I love my fans, they’re the best that I could have ever hoped for. Tune in tomorrow night!”
We definitely will! ‘The Vineyard’ season finale airs tomorrow, September 10 only on ABC Family! While you’re waiting, check out Fanlala Radio for all of the best music to help time fly by!
