After five weeks of stiff competition, Disney's Friends for Change Games are wrapping up.
The red team consisting of stars like Mitchel Musso, Jake T. Austin, Doug Brochu, and Zendaya are ranked number 1 among "On-Air Teams" and "Online Fan Favorite." But the winner will depend on the fan's votes!
