NBC Universal and Citywalk had a busy weekend as the stars came out and the fans went absolutely wild for them!
We all know that Carly Rae Jepsen was there to perform. Prior to her performance on Citywalk’s 5 Towers, emerging band Midnight Red got to show the audience what they were made of. Then, Carly hit the stage and blew us all away with her single “Call Me Maybe.” You can check out our coverage of the event here, and since we can’t get enough Carly, we’ve posted a video of the performance below!
Universal wasn’t done seeing stars with Carly, though. British sensations The Wanted were taking a break from superstardom to enjoy the sights and even get wet on the Jurassic Park ride. It sounds like their time off was well-spent. It makes us wonder if any other stars showed up to just let loose at Universal this weekend.
We got to see Carly perform at Citywalk, if only we could have run into The Wanted as well. We’re still glad everyone had fun!
