Last night, the 2012 Billboard Music Awards took place to honor last year in different genres of music. And some of our favorite performers took home some awesome awards!
Taylor Swift, most notably, took home the prestigious Woman of the Year award. With three number one albums and a wonderful track record in donating to charities, we’re not surprised that the country sweetheart took home the award. Taylor has been busy as of late writing music, hopefully for an upcoming album. We’d love to hear more country tunes, and perhaps see you in a movie in the future?
Of course, Taylor wasn’t the only winner last night. Justin Bieber took home the Top Social Artist, while LMFAO and Adele did very well taking home numerous awards. It was a spectacular awards show that even featured performances by Justin Bieber and The Wanted. We are very proud of the winners and nominees. 2011 was an awesome year for music, and 2012 has been great so far!
A lot of our favorite artists took home awards we know they deserved, awesome job, guys!
