The Avengers Smash Box Office Records!

This weekend our favorite superheroes assembled at the box office for ‘Marvel’s The Avengers,’ and so did audiences!

If you saw ‘The Avengers’ this weekend, then you helped the movie make the biggest opening weekend for any movie in history!  That’s right, no other movie had a better weekend than ‘The Avengers!’  The previous record was held by last year’s ‘Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2.’  Taking in over $200 million in box office sales this weekend in the US alone, ‘The Avengers’ will continue to astound audiences across the world.

If you haven’t seen, yet, check out the interviews with the Avengers cast.  Radio Disney got to chat with Robert Downey Jr, Chris Hemsworth and Chris Evans, and Mark Ruffalo and Scarlett Johansson.  And if you haven’t checked out ‘The Avengers’ in theaters, yet, we totally recommend it.  This movie brings together Earth’s mightiest heroes for a cosmic battle that you won’t forget!

We’ve already seen ‘The Avengers’ several times, and we can’t wait to see it again!
