“The Teen Choice Awards” is an award show put on by Fox every year celebrating the hottest celebs in music, TV, sports and film chosen by teens everywhere! The “TCA”s are very similar to the “Kids’ Choice Awards” in that there are awesome performances and celebrity appearances throughout the show to highlight the coolest stars of the year. Winners get to take home a very cool, full-sized surfboard as their official trophy.

The surfboard was chosen as the award because it represents the freedom of the summer vacation for teens!

Some celebrities like Jennifer Love Hewitt and Taylor Swift have used the famous award to actually surf with!

Ashton Kutcher has won the most “TCA”s for a male (16), Miley Cyrus has the most for a female (12 plus 4 four more for "Hanna Montana") and Justin Timberlake has the most overall (21 - 9 solo and 12 with *NSYNC)!
