Scotty McCreery is a country music artist that won the 10th season of American Idol. Scotty started his music career way before being on American Idol. He grew up in North Carolina listening to Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, George Straight and many other talented artists. After winning Idol, Scotty released his first album Clear As Day in October 2011 and made history as the first country album to debut at number 1 on Billboard 200. Scotty is an amazing singer and guitar player that instantly hooks fans with his talent!

When Scotty was in pre-school he started walking around and talking like Elvis Presley after his grandma gave him a book on The King!

When Scotty started playing the guitar, he love it so much, he would sleep with his guitar at night.
