Do you ever watch American Idol? Well then you might know Jordin Sparks who, at the age of just 17, rocked season six, beating out millions of contestants and becoming the season's American Idol winner. After becoming the sixth American Idol, Jordin has released two amazing albums, one self-titled and a second one entitled "Battlefield".

Jordin didn't hesitate for one second after taking the American Idol title! Instead, she dominated the radio stations releasing the popular singles you probably know and love: "No Air" and "Tattoo". If you're lucky, you've gotten to catch Jordin and her amazing vocals on tour with Alicia Keys, Jesse McCartney, Britney Spears, or even the Jonas Brothers!

Jordin can definitely handle the heat! She was born in Phoenix, Arizona.

Talent runs in the family...Jordin's father was an NFL player for the NY Giants and Dallas Cowboys!

Jordin has won more than just American Idol. Since childhood she has won the Gospel Music Association’s GMA Academy, NBC/PAX TV’s “America's Most Talented Kids,” Colgate Country Showdown and the Drug Free Arizona Superstar Search.

She definitely has a lot of fans in Arizona, her home state named her Best Young Artist for three years running!

Jordin was the youngest person to become an American Idol at the time of her season six win!

Jordin finds a lot of inspiration from fellow singer/songwriter Alicia Keys.
