Bio

Young Victor experiences tragedy when his dog Sparky dies after being hit by a car. Desperate for his furry friend, Victor decides to bring Sparky back to life. After Sparky is revived from the dead Victor must work hard to convince his parents and neighbors that Sparky is still as lovable as ever.
